Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Whether you're in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or beyond — the darkness travels far.

How long does shipping take?

Processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Every order is shipped with a tracking number and insurance. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final. Moon Jewels Boutique does not accept returns or issue refunds. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and photos before placing an order.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. Damaged or defective items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

My package shows as lost or undelivered. What do I do?

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your tracking shows your package as lost or undelivered, you will need to contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim and collect on the shipping insurance. The carrier is responsible for investigating and resolving lost shipments. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide in centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles and suppliers. Because all sales are final, please size carefully before purchasing.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Most of our apparel is true to size, but some styles — particularly fitted bodysuits and Lycra pieces — have stretch fit. When in doubt, size up for a more comfortable fit. Check the individual product description for specific guidance.

What if I'm between sizes?

We always recommend sizing up when you're between sizes, especially for structured pieces like corsets and fitted dresses.

Yes. All of our crystals and gemstones are natural stones. Because they are formed by nature, each piece will have slight variations in color, clarity, and pattern — this is the beauty of genuine crystal, not a defect.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All orders are final once payment is submitted. We do not offer order cancellations or modifications for any reason. Please review your cart carefully — including sizes, quantities, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with the email address you used to place your order and we'll look into it.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?
