Refund policy

All Sales Final

At Moon Jewels Boutique LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

No Exceptions

This policy applies to all items including clothing, jewelry, accessories, digital downloads, and any other products sold through our store. We do not make exceptions for sizing, color, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@moonjewelsboutique.shop with your order number and photos. We will review your claim and at our sole discretion offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
