Thank you for shopping with Moon Jewels Boutique. Because we offer a variety of product types, shipping times and methods vary depending on the item ordered.

Digital Downloads Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping applies. This includes gift cards, which are delivered via email as a digital code upon payment confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your download link or gift card code within a few minutes..
Personal Readings Personal readings are crafted with care and intention. Each reading is performed, recorded, and/or written by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days from the time your order is reviewed for delivery of your reading. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be reviewed the following business day. You will receive your reading via email once it is complete. Due to the personal and spiritual nature of these services, all reading purchases are final.
Custom & Handmade Pieces Custom and handmade items are crafted to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 4–8 weeks for completion depending on complexity. You will receive an estimated timeline at order confirmation. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Print-on-Demand Items Items printed or created on demand are produced after your order is placed. Please allow 5–10 business days for production plus shipping time. These items ship directly from our production partner.
Dropshipped Items Some items are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Items Shipped from Our Studio Boutique items fulfilled directly by Moon Jewels Boutique LLC ship within 2–3 business days via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability varies by product — please check individual product pages for details.
Lost or Stolen Packages Moon Jewels Boutique LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office and file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we cannot make changes once an order has shipped.
Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate notification when it ships.
